CANDY KILLIAN

PHILOSOPHYThe purchase and sale of real estate is one of the most important financial investments a person makes in their lifetime. PERSONAL

Candy has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1966. Raised in Delray Beach, she attended Florida Atlantic University and Barry University. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Legal Studies. Graduating in the top of her class she achieved national certification for legal assistants/paralegals, which dovetails nicely into her real estate career.

Married in 1979 to Mike, they are the proud parents of 5 beautiful children and grandparents to a beautiful grandson! 

As a parishioner of St. Mark Catholic Church, Candy has volunteered as a eucharistic minister serving the patients at Bethesda Memorial Hospital.

Candy is a LOCAL committed to preserving the history of our area as well as contributing to its future.

MARY KILLIAN

Mary Killian is a born & raised Floridian who has grown up in the Real Estate Business. Her mother Candace Killian started her own real estate career when Mary was 6 years old. Mary learned with hands on experience helping with open houses, handling administrative functions, and running social media platforms.

Mary attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2021 with a degree in Sociology. Mary continued to work part-time through her college years as a Transaction Coordinator & Social Media Manager.

In November of 2021, Mary received her Real Estate license and joined Coldwell Banker to partner with her mother, Candy Killian, an 19+year veteran in the real estate industry. Together they formed The Candy Killian Group.

Mary is committed to her clients and sees them through the entire transaction and often times keeps in touch after closing, as many clients have become friends. Mary is great with connecting with people and has a positive attitude in guiding clients through the real estate sale/purchase process.  Additionally, she runs The Candy Killian Group social media platforms & handles print marketing/advertising, as well as assisting clients in the buying & selling of Real Estate.

Mary understands that in the Real Estate Industry that while representing different interests' agents, sellers, buyers & lenders are all working to achieve one goal!
